We’re delighted that for the second year running, we have officially been recognised by VouchedFor as being a Top Rated Firm! As a bonus, for the second year in a row, we appeared in the national Top Rated Guide, distributed with the The Times newspaper.
While the award has a number of qualifying criteria, it is largely driven by the reviews which we get from our customers. What’s truly remarkable is that within all of those reviews, both Paul and Ashley only ever received 5 star feedback. It feels right to mention that we do not cherry pick which clients we ask for feedback from – the invitation goes to everyone to share their experience, whatever that may be.
In practical terms, the award won’t make a difference to how we do things, but hopefully it does mean that if you are considering using us, you will have assurance around the quality and friendliness of our service.
In terms of our individual advisors, having founded the business, Paul has set the tone for the WR Ethical ethos and was deservedly awarded Top Rated Advisor status for the second year in a row. Typically modest in his response to the news, Paul preferred to focus on the success of the wider team:
