I found Paul to be super helpful in my mortgage process (1st time buyer). He was knowledgeable, straightforward, patient and realistic in what I needed and what I could get. It was a tricky nerve-racking 12 months beset with issues and the mortgage was approved with one day to go before the offer expired. I'm in the process of buying my first home, and am very grateful to WR Ethical for their services in sorting out the mortgage offer. Conor was brilliant, and I cannot thank him enough. Although mortgage brokers/ advisors aren't strictly necessary when buying a place, it makes the whole process so much simpler, and Conor gave a lot of sound advice that you wouldn't get if you tried to do it yourself. It was also great to be able to look at ethical mortgage products, and the option to give a charity donation. I would happily recommend WR Ethical mortgage advisors. I brought my first house with a mortgage via WR Ethical and Darryl was excellent at talking me through the process and keeping things running smoothly. My situation was complicated having worked abroad for around a decade and now working on a contract in the UK but Darryl managed to find a solution for every problem. In fact, the US/Iran war started as I was at the offer stage which impacted mortgage products and Darryl still managed to find a solution.
